--------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Our commitment
--------------------------------------------------------------------
TokTuawThai has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
(CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content, conduct
or account connected to the sexual exploitation or abuse of a minor is
prohibited, removed, and reported to the competent authorities.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Minimum age and age assurance
--------------------------------------------------------------------
TokTuawThai is strictly limited to users aged 18 and over. Minors are
not permitted to create an account or to use the service in any form.
- Date of birth is collected at registration; accounts below 18 are
rejected and cannot be created.
- Accounts suspected of belonging to a minor are suspended immediately
pending verification, and permanently deleted where the suspicion is
confirmed.
- Attempts to circumvent the age requirement result in permanent
termination of the account.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
3. Prohibited conduct
--------------------------------------------------------------------
The following are prohibited without exception:
- Uploading, sharing, requesting, linking to or storing CSAM or any
sexualised depiction of a minor, real or generated.
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion or any attempt to contact a minor
for sexual purposes.
- Advertising, promoting or facilitating child sex tourism, child
trafficking or the sexual exploitation of minors in any form.
- Sexualised commentary about minors, or the use of coded terminology
referring to CSAE material.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
4. Prevention and detection
--------------------------------------------------------------------
- All profile images and user-uploaded media are subject to review
before publication and to automated and manual moderation thereafter.
- Registration requires a verified telephone number, which limits the
creation of throwaway accounts.
- Moderators review reported profiles, media and chat content, and act
on confirmed violations without delay.
- Accounts terminated for CSAE-related violations are blocked from
re-registration.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
5. In-app reporting
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Every user profile, photo, post and chat conversation carries a report
function inside the app. Reports can be submitted with the category
"Child safety / sexual exploitation of a minor" and are routed to a
priority moderation queue.
Reports may also be sent at any time to:
safety@toktuawthai.com
Reports concerning child safety are handled with priority. We do not
require the reporting person to hold an account.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
6. Handling of reports and evidence
--------------------------------------------------------------------
- Confirmed CSAE content is removed and the account is terminated.
- Relevant evidence is preserved in a restricted, access-controlled
store for the period required by law, so that it remains available
to law enforcement. Preserved material is never redistributed.
- We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing &
Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, to the Royal Thai
Police and to the competent authorities in the user's jurisdiction.
- We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
7. Applicable law
--------------------------------------------------------------------
TokTuawThai complies with all applicable child safety legislation in
the jurisdictions in which the service is offered, including but not
limited to the reporting obligations arising under United States law
(18 U.S.C. § 2258A), the Thai Criminal Code provisions on child
pornography and the Thai Computer Crime Act, and the relevant
provisions of European Union and German law.
